If i never take the route of entering republic polytechnic, I will never be what i am today..

Time flies, the three years of polytechnic life is going to end soon. RP pioneer batch is going to take off from their roots in RP for their future - the girls will either find a job or further studies and for most of the guys they will serve the country for 2 years before moving on to their respective future and goals. Today i went to Airport to send some of my poly friends off to australia for their studies, the impact of leaving school feeling has arrived as we send them off. Tears and best wishes is seen and heard during the sending off, looking at them leaving reminds me that my other friends and I are going to leave school in a weeks time. Even though we are not going to leave the country but after living the school my days will be a different one. Again it would be the time for me to adapt to a new environment. This depature from polytechnic is a more challenging one because we are going out to the career world, there is no more a protective layer cover everything has to depends all by myself. I AM REALLY GOING TO MISS POLYTECHNIC LIFE. RP did a makeover for my life, i get to know many friends and i had many of my first time experience and tries. I love the days in polytechnic because there is where i learn and grow. And of cos friendship, i even find that after entering polytechnic my relationship with my secondary friends are stronger. As there was this saying: "the relationships that we build along the way that make life more meaningful and warm."
Juliana left Singapore in the evening, she gave each of us a CD which contains some slides that she specially make for us. Similarly we made her a specia photo book, haha... We did a photo book because we are scare that she will either forget us or she misses us so badly that the photo book can keep her company (lolx). Before jul left for singapore, she had her last training with us on thursday. Tiffany brought her camera and we took some photos during and after training. This will be the very last time for six of us the badminton girls to take photos together at delta court.

PS: Other than the pioneer batch are leaving the school, republic polytechnic is going to shift to the new site at woodlands.  

Have Not been Posting...

Now i am in the middle of my revision for tomorrow UT, it will be my very last pharmacotherapy UT. Hmmm... this school term is going to come to an end very soon, I am left with 1 week ++ days in RP. I wonder how would life be after leaving school ?? I have already sent in application to both of the local U for further studies in science but the chances of getting in is only about 0.00001%. I do not intend to go overseas to pursuit a degree because it will cost my parents a lot if i go over. So i decided to work first if both of the local U do not accept me...
I have to stop here... need to continue with my revision. :P

What a day!

TOday is my sport and nutrition lesson, the lesson is on different measurements for fats. It is an interesting and fun lesson because other than taking a person height and weight there are many more other methods to measure fats, for example skin fold measurement - which require you to pinch your fats and use a caliper device to measure it. haha most importantly you get to pinch other people fats when you are doing measurement for them, and when your pinch or the caliper clip onto it too hard you will hear scream from the victims themsleves. whuahahaha!! After the celebration for CNY i also gain some weight, sob sob... fats percentage slightly too high too!!! OMG... So i decided to go down for training today "with my strong relunctant feeling". But in the end i did go for training and finish the whole training session (4rounds of running and 2sets of circuit). After the training yiling need to go off to return her old phone to the shop she bought her new phone. She does not bear to give back her nokia phone, because it was stored with many memories... we took some last few photos with yiling her nokia phone!!
A big change for her now a sony ericsson user.

In the morning: I bake some chicken wings...


In the afternoon: I went to xue bin house to bai nian, valerie's boyfriend(wilson) fetch us there. I am so happy to see them again as we seldom meet each other. around 3 plus valerie and her boyfriend left to visit their friends. So left with xue bin and me, ross cannot meet us because she is busy with work... so long never see her le! (ross take good care of yourself :) Xue bin need to finish her project work and presentation so she took out her comics to let me read... ah bin is really tired wor, she didnt sleep well the last few night because of her project - poor girl. This girl gave me two pair of earrings, one of them she did it in five minutes time... (see she can do earrings faster than she do her project) Oops... i think she is really into making accessories.

In the night: i left her house at around 7 pm to meet my parents at Ang Mo Kio central. My dad and i decide to change our phone... but all the shops at central either got no nice bargain or else no stock, sob sob. Both of us decided to go down to Singtel shop on wednesday, Nokia 6111 here i come!!! wait for me...

Late in the night: now is raining heavily... later going grandmama house to pai pai... but the rain is so heavy i wonder how to burn the papers later. took some stupid photos with my youngest sis. haha~~

:.A Brand New Year Of the Chinese Calendar.:

The day before chinese New Year Eve (27012006):
I had my reunion dinner with my family at my ah ma house. I was late for the dinner ("hee hee"), but i am not the only one :) my second uncle was late too... so we ended up eating a separated reunion dinner. hmmm.. after the dinner i tried to do the stupid RJ... it was a damn boring RJ which i do not know what to write. In the end, i gave up and went downstairs with my sisters and cousin to do our last minute shopping. Madeleine bought a jean skirt and i bought a white belt which was quite a good bargain!! Then we rush back to ah ma house to watch the last episode of "Love Concierge", after the show "it is time to go home!!" and the day have come to an end... the next day need to wake up early to go market with grandma.

Chinese New Year Eve (28012006):
grandma told me that she will be going to market at 7am so i wake up very early to accompany her but in the end grandma was not awake yet! so I went back home again and waited for her call... hee hee. ended up i got a bad headache that day :(. But i enjoyed myself that day with my little cousin and sisters.



Chinese New Year!
On this day, my family and I will visit both of my grandparents house. the first stop will be my dad side grandmama house, then we will leave around 12 plus to go to my mum side grandparent house for the rest of the day! I like chinese new year because there are always many different types of chinese new year goodies to eat and a chance where all the family members and relative gather together.

MAN are stubborn!!!

man are always prideful and stubborn... they will never say sorry first whenever it is their fault. That is why there are so many dispute between couples. Men who actually flag their white flag before women does have already extinct.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

school reopen le... feeling a bit sian because cannot sleep and wake up late liao! And once school starts that means test is coming and i am going to graduate soon. oh no, this means that i am going to leave school and start working. earning my own money! it was kind of scare and happy... actually it is with alot of mixed feeling - leaving sch can be a great thing and a sad thing. the outside world to me is just like a lion mouth.
today was clinical trial lesson, it was a easy going lesson. we ended quite early because my fac need to leave early for a meeting!! i receive some more birthday presents from eva and royston, thank you i love the presents.
after lesson, i went for badminton training. it was conducted by steve, we tried new stuff and they are more relax exercise now because IVP is coming soon, we cant afford to strain or hurt ourselves... i love one of the part where we have to cross our leg and launch with a wide stretch. i love it because you have to be really focus otherwise your leg and brain would not be connected together and you will fall.
this exercise actually make spoil yijun new socks! haha no idea how he does it... he was so sad. when training was over, i went home and packet a packet of "yun tun mian" it was damn yucky... i don like the smell. even though i don like it i have no choice but to finish it because very hungry... luckily the "yun tun" don taste very bad. i nag so much on it because it cost me $3 but it is not nice... haix.
hmmmmf still can't get over the yucky noodle....
forget it. not going to think about it liao. going to sleep. gd nite ppl.
