After two week... I FINALLY go to badminton training Le!!!

Woho!!! i went training today le... OMG motor(engine) longtime did not run, rusty le... in the end causing Yiling to run very slow too, so good of her to accompany in the run... appluase for her!! without her i may not even complete the 6laps, xie xie ni wo yiling^_^. hee hee so shy she jus yelled at mi and said meili faster u can do it one... then the last lap she keep saying meili... u pass the first goal le, the second le and meili continue doing!! u can one... haha at that very moment i very shy sia cos she shout so loud oh.... haha
after the 6 laps we contiune with the circuits, haha don kno why when jogging GI tract (gastrointestinal) keep appearing in my mind maybe today lesson the word was mention too many time le... haiyo...
In the end after the training, my t-shirt was stained by the coloring of the fitness corner floor cos it was wet after the rain... hmmm :(

guan nai nai birthday PaRtY... yeah~~~

haha it seems to be a bit late to write abt wat happen during guan lian b'day party, but nvmind is better to be late than never... hee hee. yeah!!! shit seven were all invited but karen did not turn up.. haiyo she always like that one miss everything. Not jus shit 7 were there bin bin and her prince charming desmond came too and not to forget junwei haha (no mah i count him together as one with zi Qi le..) Yah yah still got another important guest that guan nai nai parents have waited for a very long long time and finally this "white horse prince" finally appear le... (haha don kno why he kept sweating, mayb is mao leng han ba~~) cos too many pair of eyes is looking at him.... don need to say i kno u guys know that is wilen le ba...
Oops i did not obey guai lian rule: to have an empty stomach before coming so in the end i did not ate anything except the birthday cake and the agar agar(made by guai lian WorZ!! very nice) Not bad sia guan nai nai you are qualify to be a good wife and house wife le.. (jing de liao kitchen, chu de liao living room) wooo.... haha
then that valerie and xue bin the same lo no change... when see each other will always talk abt the past especially their commercial ad songs... then will start laughing at each other... haha~~~ then the valerie hair got very strong "salon" smell cos she go to dye her hair lo before cuming... haiyo veri strong sia cannot tan han!!! :X
time passby very fast, soon we need to part le... sob sob :'(

This handsome little creature is "greeny" :). He is a little present that my second sis and i bought for my youngest sis birthday present. haha now he is my sister's tortoise prince charming....
