Jia Yuen 21st birthday & Yong Quan's 20th birthday (15/4/2006)
celebrated with Jia yuen on 14/4, a day before her actual birthday! we went out for dinner at bugis and then to Marina Sq for two rounds of bowling game and we played some game at the arcade!! Met Hanming, Meiling and gang, there is 2 birthday boy among them too who are Ting Ho and Edmund. we left around 11.20pm, i took a cab home with tiffany, Jia yuen and vincent.

Karen's 21st birthday (8/4/2006)
due to each of the shit 7 group members time schedule not all 7 of us meet karen at one timing. therefore celebration for karen Birthday is separated into 2 shift but the present are still shared among the shit 7 except valerie she bought a present on her own. *guan lian is not in the picture because she is unable to meet us.

R & R (rest & relax)

I am at the mode of R & R now because i am done with genotyping after running it for three times during the past few days. So now I am free to blog!! But i don't like it because i feel stress. The stress come from the free time that i had due to limited amount of things that i can do during the free time (no one will be so daring to do anything they like during working hours, right!). hmmph... how i wish i got work to do! but there is no instruction from boss or anyone that i got work to do. :( how! stuck in the office everyday facing the computer doing some non related stuff, i feel very bad. in this post I am not trying to be proud about my free time, i just want to voice out my pain... haha i know some ppl will say that I suffer no pain at all as compare to them but i want to let them know it is not true at all... I rather work until siao and feel the pain than not doing anything at all. Feeling so stupid and lethargic now... everyone seems busy except me :(
ok la i shall stop complaining about it! today is a rainy day again!! NUS thunder is very loud and scary...

Study, study or work, Work ?

This question has been running wild in my mind for this few days, I even cried and fight over it with my mum. Oh my how can this simple question be so disastrous, it is infecting my mind and mood! I hope to get into a local Uni but with the total number of population that are getting into a local Uni and my average result chances of getting in is most unlikely. Oh man... How, HOw? I am thinking whether did i want to study for the sake of getting more knowledge or am i following the trend because most of my friends are all going to get a degree... hmmm i have no answer to this question! So for now i am going to work for a while and start to plan what i really want.

The 4th day at work... tomorrow is friday!!

Today is my 4th day at work. Nothing much happen, but i feel that today is better than the first 2 day. Maybe because i get to know my colleague and boss gave me something to read so all this keep me occupied and forget about the time. Haha i know that this is good enough le and i should not demand more but i really hope that i can start lab work soon even though it will be tedious but i believe that it is more fun and better than sitting in the office doing nothing. Boss has already given me such a good job le, so i do not wish to slack around doing nothing at all i will feel bad. haha today got a short meeting with boss, actually i don't really understand what boss is talking about, Oops will ask my colleague more about it. I got a nice bunch of colleague they are really nice ppl :) they are Angie, Jac and Ching. They really help me alot, gave me alot of guidance and they also help to make me busy (so that time past faster) haha... Even though I am only ask to do the easy stuff but i do not mind :) everything have to learn from the start. Thank you guys, it is great to know you all! Hope to learn more from you guys and recieve your guidance.
Tomorrow is Friday!! hoho... weekend is here!
I got to go off le, tomorrow still got to work! night guys :D

"Work in Progress"

haha... today is my second day of work, just reach the office not long ago. Now i am trying to think of ways to spend my free time because at the moment i do not have any assign job to do. Everyone is out of the office now except me, this make me feel bad because i am slacking in the office and ppl are working in the lab on their project. Oh mind! Just finish reading yiling's blog I strongly agree with what she says, when there is work to do time passes by very fast.

ermm ermm... boss is back le, i think he won't be happy to see what i am doing now!! so i have to logout le, ending my story here. I will write more when i am free :) Bye!!

"sao mu"

wake up at 4:45am in the morning to prepare to go "sao mu" *yawn* but i look forward to it because i get to see all my uncles and aunties + my cousins ( a small family gathering).

Happy April fool... :p

I am going to start my first job after graduating from Republic Polytechnic, i will be starting on Monday (3rd April). I am feeling very nervous now wondering what will happen tomorrow!! oh my gosh... what if everything go wrong, how? oh no oh no!! what am i going to do... (die le la)
So before everything goes wrong and my head is going to be beheaded I went out with my polytechnic friends on Saturday starting at 11:30am. We (yiling, xiuling and Jia yuen) went cycling at East Coast Beach, then we leave East Coast at 1.45pm and went to plaza Singapura to meet vincent (*vincent just ended his work). Jia Yuen left us for home when we reach PS because she need to go for her cell grp. Then we had our lunch at PS food court, finally i manage to eat the popular Nasi Ayam. After lunch it was time for us to leave PS and travel to City Hall to meet Tiffany and Yijun. Yijun needs to buy things to prepare for his adventure race which is happening today, so we accompany him and also a time for us to gather together after we have not seen each other for so many weeks. Later at night, we went to lao pa sha for dinner... I had a very very full dinner and all the food that i eat are high in calories. chaim!! i am getting fatter... (plus more without dr loke training). After the dinner we went home and i had an early night because the next morning i need to wake up early to go "shao mu". My day ended at around 11:30pm :) nite...
